You are invited to lay down on a yogamat with headphones on and a calm voice guides you through accessibel yogapostures. Judith Clijsters assists through touch to make sure everyone is comfortable. Dyane Donck’s music compositions challenges our connotations to sound in a beautiful way and brings you to deep relaxation. It’s a great way to unwind or recharge.
